A number of years ago I picked up the saying and I found that people responded. You can’t help but laugh when you hear “jellybird”. It breaks the ice and allows others to see you as human. When you laugh you bond. The relationship builds from there. Anger or frustration is diffused and communication resumes. Sometimes a little goofyness goes a long way in a building a relationship.
